Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on imprinted promotional drinkware (All items at RetailMugs.com). On rush orders, a factory proof is usually waived to shorten production. Errors relating to your original artwork are not returnable.
Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival. In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact us and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us for assistance. We will do everything possible to correct the situation.
In most cases we do not accept returns on blank items. In few circumstances we will, however it is your responsibility to ship the goods back to the factory at your expense. In addition, we will assess a 20% restocking fee. If you are unsure if an item will work for your needs, please contact us to order a sample first.
